Delivery
All orders are normally confirmed the day received. If you are not contacted within 24 hours this may be due to a site visit or installation being carried out. Please call the Border Sundials workshop for urgent enquiries on 01873 737 545 and if necessary leave your details.
Horizontal Sundials
Horizontal sundials can be made to any size. Here are the standard sizes and costs.
8″ horizontal sundial costs £139
10″ horizontal sundial costs £330
12″ horizontal sundial costs £400
14″ horizontal sundial costs £450
10″ horizontal sundials and above are made from thicker marine grade brass.
The Topograph design is only available on the 10″ and larger sundials. There is a charge of £50 for this addition.
Equation of Time: £10
Prices include delivery to UK addresses.
There is an additional charge of £10 for sundials of a different latitude to the UK.
If you'd like a horizontal sundial of a different size please use this form and I'll happily advise on any additional costs.
Normal delivery is 10 working days. It's sometimes possible to work miracles so if you need delivery quicker please let me know.
All prices include engraving and delivery to UK addresses.

Vertical Sundials
A guide price of £1,400 to £1,900 dependent on the size, material and amount of decoration and gold leaf. Delivery within approximately six weeks is usually possible.
All prices include engraving or letter writing and delivery within the UK. If installation or a site visit is required there will be a small charge. For overseas delivery contact me please.
Site visit: £180 (50% refunded on sale of an armillary sphere or vertical sundial) + 40p/mile after first 60 miles.
Installation: £235 + 40p/mile after first 60 miles.
